Modbuilt Projects is a residential and commercial construction company established in the Sutherland Shire, servicing the Eastern Suburbs, Inner West and the greater Sydney region.
Established by brothers Steve and Daniel Meyer in 2018, our aim is to deliver projects that exceed client expectations. We believe the combination of skills and knowledge of our directors separates us from other building company’s.
Our multidisciplinary team including project managers and builders have been brought together by a common passion - creating beautiful spaces.

With more than 14 years' experience in the construction industry and having completed certificates in Carpentry, Building and Construction and Building Surveying, Steve ensures quality, professionalism and care are at the forefront of each and every project.
Steve has worked with experienced builders who taught him skills to match his own perfectionism. Quality and craftmanship are paramount. Steve has managed an immeasurable variety of construction projects, particularly in the high-end residential sector. Steve is able to offer insight and experience–culminating in impressive results for the client.

DANIEL MEYER
Director
With over 10 years' experience in the construction industry, Daniel’s Project Management experience includes residential housing, high density residential, industrial development, refurbishment, commercial and interior fit outs.
Daniel backs this with a Bachelor of Construction Management Degree. Daniel values delivering a high-quality product on time and within budget and scope.
